Cuba report\u00f3 da\u00f1os acumulados por m\u00e1s de 1,3 billones de d\u00f3lares, agravados por su inclusi\u00f3n en la lista de Estados patrocinadores del terrorismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El diplom\u00e1tico cubano Pedro Luis Pedroso lo tild\u00f3 de \u00abgenocida\u00bb y violatorio del derecho internacional, mientras el representante estadounidense Paul Folmsbee lo defendi\u00f3 como v\u00eda para impulsar democracia y derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque no vinculante, la resoluci\u00f3n pide derogar leyes como Helms-Burton.
